Since 2021, Blue Manna Bistro's Yum Cha dinners have become some of our most anticipated dining events.
Bringing together the flavours of Asia and the South West's exceptional seafood, each evening features a carefully curated multi-course menu designed to be shared and enjoyed around communal tables.
Join us on 7 July 2026 from 6pm for an evening of oysters, seafood, dumplings, bao, pork belly, duck and dessert, plus a drink on arrival.
Whether you're a returning guest or joining us for the first time, our Yum Cha dinners offer a relaxed and social dining experience that celebrates great food, great company and the creativity of our kitchen team.

A multi-course feast showcasing premium seafood, Asian-inspired flavours and some Blue Manna favourites.
1st course
Steamed Coffin Bay Oyster with ginger shallot oil and crisp duck floss
Snapper Otak Otak with achar pickles and satay sauce
Fried Shark Bay Prawn on milk bread, with chilli honey
2nd course Nigiri Selection
Ora King salmon, soy butter glaze, chive
Southern Bluefin Tuna, roast capsicum dressing and pickled shallot
3rd course Dumplings
Crispy Goat Rendang Curry Puff, potato, kaffir lime and coconut sambal
XO Scallop Siu Mai, tobiko, crispy shallot
