We do not compromise when it comes to the quality of our seafood. All our fish is sustainably line caught in the pristine waters off the WA Coast. All our seafood is Australian (except for Ora King salmon from NZ) and sourced as local as possible. Dunn Bay squid, prawns from Exmouth, fish from Augusta to name a few.
